The Furniture Club – Massage Chair Warranty
We offer an Australia-wide, comprehensive warranty on all our massage chairs. This
includes a 3 year standard warranty covering both parts and labour (excluding
normal wear and tear, abuse and neglect and all forms of physical damage), as well
as extended Gold and Platinum warranties for that extra peace of mind (must be
purchased on the same day).
3 Year Standard Warranty – Included
4 Year Gold Warranty - $250
5 Year Platinum Warranty - $500
Service and maintenance of the massage chair is required to be performed at our
service warehouse in Brisbane. Customers shall be responsible for the round-trip
transportation costs if they reside outside the metro area (30km from the Brisbane
CBD or the store from where it was purchased). Quotation will be given at the time
of request and charge upon distance.
Limitations:
Not transferable to a new owner, in the event of sale of the product.
Does not apply to rental, business, commercial or other non-residential users.
Damages due to shipping and handling and moving of product.
All Massager products have a 1 year replacement warranty (excluding normal wear
and tear, abuse and neglect and all forms of physical damage).
