Storage Terms&Condition
As per point 5 of our standard terms and conditions of sale, goods must be picked up from our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of pickup notification.
If goods are not picked up within fourteen (14) days or if the customer has not replied to the pickup notification, order will automatically be forfeited and any mount up to thirty percent of the total order amount will be taken.
If a customer responds to the notification and requests an extension time for the goods to be pickup or delivered and the balance has not been paid in full, a nominal storage fee based on the amount of furniture stored will be assessed and charged (see table below).
If total balance of the order has been paid in full within the fourteen (14) days of the notification, a three (3) month free storage on top of the initial fourteen (14) days will be provided and any extension time required after that will be assessed and charged accordingly (see table below).
